In most cases, no. We don't believe in locking clients into lengthy, multi-year contracts just to keep them around, we'd rather earn your trust and continued business through results. Our clietns stay because we deliver real growth and results, not because they're stuck through the fine print.
With that being said, some services may require shorter-term agreements, which are always communicated before any payment is required to be made. These contracts exist to protect both parties, define expectations, and ensure enough time is allotted to see meaningful results. They also lock in your pricing, which can be a major benefit because as our demand grows, we may have to raise our rates, however, we will always try to keep our current clients at their initial rates for as long as possible.
Most of our agreements are flexible and just about all required will last less than a year. When we do suggest a contract or a longer agreement, it's generally tied to project scope, budget, or consistency, and may come with a discount as a show of our appreciation of your support. While many agencies pass you off to junior staff or add unnecessary middle management, our top team members stay personally involved under the lead of our founder, to ensure that we deliver nothing but the best results we can possibly deliver.

Our systems are built for speed, precision, and performance, and bringing in external collaborators often introduces delays or conflicting strategies. We always recommend input from key decision makers, but shared fulfillment is hard in most cases.
Additionally if we're required to use unfamiliar platofrms or processes, we will adapt, but additional costs may apply. On top of this, we cannot guarantee the same level of efficiency or post launch support if those tools are not part of our original stack.
Yes, and our clients love them! We offer discounted website pricing when you budnle services like SEO, maintenance, or other ongoing services. If you're not in need of a new website, we also discount standalone services like maitnenance and SEO when they are bundled together.
